​Here at Endless Beauty Lush Wigs, we want to make our customers happy by providing the best service possible. In a case where your order may be wrong, we will accept a return and ship you the correct order. However, products must be in the same condition that it was sent. We have every right to decline a return that has been altered in any way.

REFUNDS

​Unfortunately all wigs are final sale. We do not process refunds or exchanges. If your order has an error, please contact us for further help. We will try our best to resolve any concerns.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped M-F. Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. For custom wig orders processing time is up to 12 business days. Holidays and weekends are not business days.

Someone must be present at the time of delivery to sign for package. We cannot ship to PO, APO or  IPO boxes.

​Extreme Weather and COVID-19

Please note that inclement weather may cause a delay in your delivery. Covid-19 has also affected many employers. Due to high demand and low staff order may take a little longer to be delivered.
